Privacy-first by default

Security & local deployment — because where the data lives matters.

For sensitive sectors, the location of the model matters more than the model itself. We deploy AI on Apple Silicon hardware in your office. Nothing leaves your firewall.

Most AI Business Units offer two deployment modes: local (Mac mini or Mac Studio in your office, open-weight models, zero data egress) and EU cloud (Frankfurt-region, EU-only providers, GDPR-aligned). For sensitive verticals (law, healthcare, regulated finance), we default to local. For multi-site or low-sensitivity workloads, EU cloud is often more practical. The choice is yours, framed honestly.
The local-first stack

What runs on the Mac in your server room.

Apple Silicon hardware

Mac mini M4 (32–64 GB) for most Units. Mac Studio M4 Ultra (128–192 GB) for law and large-context workloads. Bundled at our cost.

Open-weight models

Current-generation open-weight LLMs (70B class) running fully on-device via mlx and llama.cpp. Updated twice a year.

Zero egress

No outbound calls to vendor APIs at inference time. Optional outbound is logged and auditable.
