From signed engagement to a Unit running in your business: typically 4–6 weeks. The first two weeks are diagnostic and audit. Weeks 3–4 are configuration. Weeks 5–6 are deploy and stabilization. Twelve months of support is included. We do not sell engagements longer than 8 weeks because longer engagements rarely ship.

Diagnostic call (15 minutes)

An operator on your side, a senior diagnostician on ours. We map current frictions, what AI can realistically do today, and whether a Unit is the right answer. About 1 in 4 calls ends with us recommending you don't buy anything.

On-site or remote audit (1 day)

We sit with the people doing the work. We measure baseline KPIs (food cost variance, fee-earner hours, stockout rate, etc). We confirm the Unit selection — or compose two.

Productize & configure (3–4 weeks)

We tune the Unit to your data, vocabulary, and integrations. You see and sign off on the actual outputs before deploy. No black boxes, no surprise demos.

STEP 04

Deploy (week 5–6)

Hardware shipped and racked, or EU cloud provisioned. Operator training session. First insights or outputs land within days.

STEP 05

Support (12 months included)

Two weeks of hand-holding, then quarterly check-ins. Model refresh twice a year. Slack channel for fast questions.
